Originally from North Carolina, I began working as a massage therapist in 1997 after attending the Alabama School of Massage Therapy.  I spent nearly 6 years working for Lott Pain Relief and Sports Medicine Center, after which I moved my private practice to Homewood,  Alabama.

I specialize in therapeutic massage which includes TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain, headaches, neck pain, sacroiliac joint pain and lower back issues.  Craniosacral therapy is another modality I have integrated into my practice which gives a relaxing element to the deeper work of massage therapy.
